Look at the head of hair on this baby boy! I see so many babies in my studio, and I absolutely love all the diversity. Full heads of hair, squishy cheeks, puckered lips, little toes and so much more! I am thankful each and everyday that I get to do this job. Snuggling on these kiddos is my favorite thing about my career, second only to seeing Mom and Dad’s reaction when they get their photos back.
Newborn photos are typically taken between 7 and 14 days old. This little guy was two weeks old, and was so curious! I got some wonderful photos of him looking right into my camera. I encourage parents to keep their little ones awake before the session so that they sleep through most of the posing, but sometimes the great big world is just too interesting! Once we got him off to sleep, I got to do a ton of different things. Mom and Dad picked a beautiful color palette for their baby boy. I have the traditional blue and pink for newborn photos. And if that’s not your vision I have a ton of other natural and earthy colors available!
Each session is totally customizable to you, and you can look at and touch everything before baby comes in. I would be honored to capture you and your little one.
