On one of my last travels to North Carolina my sister and I went to Vintage Village in hopes to find the perfect baby tub. We walked around and found all kinds of different antique wood and metal buckets. Some were too small and some had holes. There sitting on an old weathered table outside I saw the perfect vintage bowl for these baby bath photo shoots. Photographed here holding this gorgeous blue eyed baby is my vintage bowl from 3000 miles away. I love finding things from other places that I might not find very easily here in San Diego. Finding gems like this bring a uniqueness to my photos. It’s an addiction! Everywhere I go I shop for these subtle props that make a big impact and then I try and figure out how to shove it in my suitcase. My style of photography really comes through here with natural light tones and the focus really being on the baby.
