Happy Spring! I can’t believe we are already almost done with March. Where did the time go? I’m so excited about all the fun things spring brings to AHP. This sweet girl is the first! I was honored to capture her beautiful mama for her maternity photos and again for a newborn session! I am just enamored at how this yellow set turned out. Many parents are afraid of bold colors, but I embrace them!
We got to do a lot of fun poses with this baby girl. I have been trying out and perfecting new poses for my newborn sessions. And I even got one of her smiling! As a photographer, I love capturing genuine moments. Smiles as these can happen in a flash, and sometimes you miss them. So it truly is a treasure when my camera catches it. I often get asked how we manage to get these poses, and the answer is A LOT of patience and practice. We have a really neat behind-the-scenes up on our Instagram from this session!
